New year, new you. This is the year you’re finally going to cook more, eat out less, stay healthy and on budget. I believe in you – especially since this is something I plan on working on myself. No, really – we can do it!

But sometimes we need a little extra push to get inspired (trust me I know). That’s ok. Nothing a little old-fashioned positivity and discipline can’t cure. I’m a firm believer in surrounding myself with an inspirational quote or two to get in the right mindset to accomplish goals and resolutions. So, I’ve compiled a list of my favorites that will have you itching to get in the kitchen.
